About Us
Kimmins Architects is a Toronto-based, full service architectural firm specializing in residential and commercial projects. We offer architectural design, building permit, construction administration, project management, interior design for home additions, renovations, and new constructions. We also offer commercial extensions, new constructions, and building permit for setting up new businesses. Kimmins Architects provides with all pertinent zoning feasibility information, and seeks to determine if the project is feasible from a zoning by-law perspective.

The Principal
Gregory K. Kimmins
M.Arch., OAA, RAIC, LEED AP.
With over 20 years of experience in architectural design, urban design and project management in South Korea and after having worked at a couple of medium and large architects firms in Toronto for 10 years, Gregory Kimmins founded Kimmins Architects in 2019. He believes that architecture improves lives by finding better solutions to everyday problems. He listens carefully, understands problems deeply and delivers the solution with technically innovative ways to help people and make the built-environment better.
